mettre en oeuvre des projets de médiation culturelle au niveau national et international, en collaboration avec des artistes et en faveur de la promotion culturelle et de la francophonie ; concevoir des outils et des actions culturelles en faveur de différents engagements liés à la citoyenneté ; privilégier les champs d'action suivant : la lutte contre la radicalisation, le développement durable, le co-développement, la lutte contre l'illettrisme, la lutte pour les droits culturels (en application des principes fondamentaux de la déclaration de Fribourg ) ; réaliser des outils pédagogiques dans le domaine de l'apprentissage des savoirs de base (FLE, compétences clés) ayant la culture comme support ; proposer la production et la diffusion d'albums, vidéos dans le but d'aider les artistes dont les difficultés économiques et sociales représentent un frein à la réalisation de leurs projets ; promouvoir les métiers d'artisanats d'art en proposant aux jeunes en décrochage scolaire, ou en recherche de projet professionnel ainsi qu'aux demandeurs d'emploi, la découverte des métiers d'artisanats d'art
