conseiller , soutenir et accompagner toute collectivité dans ses missions et ses initiatives locales ; en ce sens, l'association élabore et développe, avec les élus, les professionnels ou la population, des réponses adaptées aux demandes et aux besoins locaux y compris dans le cadre des marchés publics ; l'IFAC inscrit son action dans le champ de l'éducation populaire, de l'économie sociale et solidaire et dans une volonté d'utilité sociale ; notre volonté est de contribuer, par les loisirs, la culture, la formation et l'éducation permanente, à la fois au développement personnel de l'individu ainsi qu'à la consolidation du lien social et de la cohésion territoriale ; nos actions favoriseront l'esprit d'initiative, l'engagement, la citoyenneté et la fraternité ; elles garantiront la bonne utilisation des fonds publics et la volonté de servir la population ; elles contribueront à la protection de l'environnement et la promotion du développement durable ; l'IFAC s'appuie sur son expérience en matière d'animation, d'éducation, de formation, d'insertion sociale, d'organisation d'activités sportives et culturelles ainsi que sur sa connaissance des collectivités publiques, pour proposer des solutions réalistes conformes aux spécificités et aux contraintes locales avec le souci du développement durable et de la protection de l'environnement, dans le respect des valeurs d'ouverture et de pluralité
