Objet :

organiser, coordonner et gérer la régulation des appels parvenant au centre de réception et de régulation des appels (crra) qui reçoit et traite les appels pour urgences médicales réelles ou ressenties ; ces appels donnent lieu à une catégorisation en appels pour détresses et urgences, et appels pour permanence des soins (pds) , qu'ils soient reçus aux horaires de permanence des soins ambulatoires (pdsa) telle que définie dans le cahier des charges opposable régional et reconnu par le codamups dans le département, comme aux heures ouvrables ; assurer la régulation des appels de pds, dans le respect des lois, décrets et arrêtés définissant celle-ci, sans exclure à priori le traitement des appels pour urgence ou détresse en cas de débordement de la régulation médicale hospitalière ou d'erreur de catégorisation ; faciliter l'organisation et la coordination de la participation des médecins libéraux aux dispositifs de permanence des soins ambulatoires notamment à la régulation des appels du crra des Hauts-de-Seine
