de diffuser l'enseignement du Hatha Yoga, de la relaxation, de la méditation, par la mise en place de séances individuelles ou collectives, des démonstrations, des cours, des évènements selon la méthode Satyananda, en tant qu'instrument global de développement personnel et qu'instrument d'expression dans la vie quotidienne, ce, auprès de tout public dans les domaines de l'éducation, de la réinsertion, de l'action sanitaire et social, ainsi que tout public désirant pratiquer le yoga pour son bien être personnel ; les techniques utilisées sont issues des enseignements de la Bihar School of Yoga et de la Bihar Yoga Barati située à Mungher dans l'état du Bihar en Inde, ( université de yoga reconnue par le gouvernement indien) ainsi que la Fédération Inter-enseignements de Hatha Yoga ( FIDHY ) et l'Union Européenne de yoga ( UEY) ; ces interventions s'adressent à toute personne, sans aucune discrimination ( sociale, culturelle, religieuse,etc...)
