Historique :	Ce vase a été édité par la Manufacture de Sèvres à un petit nombre d'explemplaires d'après un modèle créé par le sculpteur Dalou. Deux exemplaires sont conservés au musée du Petit Palais (Paris), un autre au Palais Galliera (Paris) et un autre à Roubaix, à l'Ecole nationale supérieure des industries textiles.
